I'm just so happy know.... I could run a marathon! I was messaging someone on FB. I knew him in HS but haven't really talked to him so much since then, since he moved off for school. I always knew he was gay and he didn't hide it. Anyways he messaged me since I had like some of his posts and mentioned that he plans on coming out on FB soon. He hasn't done it yet due to family, church members, and some other things.... but he is going to do it now. Anyway, I took the opportunity to mention that I was not straight! lol This was his response. *I'll call him M* Me: Mmmm, May I tell you something no one in real life knows? M: Of course Me: Well, I'm not straight myself.... M: I know. Me: lol... Well you are the first person I actually know that I have told.... I haven't told anyone else. M: I knew when I first met you lol Me: Well, It really felt good saying that! Haha M: I'm glad you felt confident enough to tell me! if you ever wanna talk, I am here. Are you gay or bi? Me: I'm gay. I have been trying to work up the confidence to tell someone for a long time. I'm glad I finally told someone He went on to talk about how I could talk to him anytime I need someone to talk too! OMG! This feels so good! (!)
Big congratulations to you. Glad you could at least get out to one person. Feels good to not be entirely in the dark.
