I just came out as transgender to my friend over text. It was probably the scariest thing ever and I'm still kind of shaking. She was super nice and asked me about pronouns and if I had a new name I wanted to be called. I've been planning this for so long and everything feels so weird and different now. It feels real and kind of scary but also a relief. Hopefully I can tell my sister and therapist too to get more support. (!)
