the answer to your question, yes. the women are pretty much bots. be careful though, sometimes they can actually pose as a virus (remember buddy, the purple gorilla?)
They're bots. I get them too, and they pretty much always refer to me as male anyway lol You can tell they are bots based on the conversation options they seem to ignore
