An update to my previous story, I'm now out to my family and most of my friends! My dad was the person I was most concerned about, and he turned out to be very supportive. I asked him on the way back from visiting my grandma, and he actually guessed it before I told him. My mum I think was a bit confused, and seemed to regard it as something to do with me living with 4 male roomates. Aside from this and her initial shock, she's been nothing but supportive. My younger sister was really accepting My twin sister basically already knew, and she simply took it in her stride. All my friends that I've told have been really suprised, but have been very supportive and accepting. I feel like I can be a lot more open with them now.
