Well, yesterday, I left my dad and step-mom a letter. I told them about my sexuality (im not quite secure in my gender yet, so i didnt mention that.) They called me back over to their house (i went over to my moms) to talk with me. I went over, they asked if i was supposed to find this (as they were holding my letter) and i replied yes. They went on that i shouldnt ever be afraid to talk to them about anything. that i was their son (as i said, i hadnt mentioned gender in that) and that they loved me no matter what. they sounded a little concerned when i told them my whole class knew, but they were alright for the most part. asked how i felt about telling my moms side of the family (my moms side is notoriously old fashioned) i told them i didnt plan on it for a while yet. They also told me that they kind of figured already. I talked to a co-worker of my step-mom's when i was younger about some different things. she suggested the idea to them (found out yesterday that shes lesbian) and among other things, they slowly pieced it all together. So, i have the easiest parts down. Now only the hard part left.
