I'm really happy I can finally share this news: I finally came out to my high school friends, the ones who I really owed my honesty to for all the times they kept me company, for being my friends back when I didn't have anyone else. And the three of them were just so perfect for how they responded. One of them wrote me a really nice and heartfelt reply. One of them simply said "I don't judge, it's cool," and we went right back to our conversation. One of them was like "this doesn't change anything except your name" and then proceeded to make me laugh so hard that I basically almost cried from relief. It just feels so good to have this off my back! To anyone who reads this, GO FOR IT! Make your future one you wanna live in.
