So in light of the amazing victory in the Supreme Court I told my roommate today that I'm bisexual. And the look of judgement on her face....I never knew it was possible to feel so awful. Now I'm just in my room crying.

I want to say congrats on the brave act of coming out regardless of their ill reaction, you deserve a dancing banana just for that: (!)
I'm so so sorry you are stuck in this situation, you certainly do not deserve that horrible rudeness from anyone. :frowning2:

Give her a litle time.. Maybe she is confused and not sure how to process the information.

Yes, she should be there for you.. But remember.. You came out when YOU were ready.. Not when she decided she was ready. So let her process it and if she decides to not be supportive, guess what? You can come talk to us here ☺️

Maybe she was just shocked and she'll come around. But it doesn't matter what she thinks, there's nothing at all wrong with being bisexual! You're braver than me, I'm still too scared to tell my friends and parents... who all fully support lgbt

Aww, I'm sorry to hear that. :frowning2: (*hug*)

Like the people above me have said, she may have just been surprised and, therefore, made that face as a response.

What you did was very brave though, and in the end, if she isn't okay with who you are, then you don't need that person in your life.
