Omg!

I finally came out to my best friend! (!)

We were texting (not the ideal way to come out, but whatever) and she asked how I was. I said something like "Eh" and she asked what was wrong. Long story short, I told her I was gay. The first thing she said was "Since when?" by which I think she meant how long had I known. But she asked how I felt about it, because I had been a little depressed lately. I told her I was fine but it's not an easy thing to go through in high school. She asked if there was anything she could do and I said she could just be there for me. Basically, she doesn't care and just wants to support me!

Now there's just my sister to tell before I'm really ready to tell the world. I might tell her sometime over winter break.

One less person to lie to! (!)(!)(!)

 

I'm not gonna stop doing that tonight.

This doesn't really deserve its own thread, so...

I was over at her house tonight, and she was making absolutely no big deal over it. I sort of casually halfway mentioned it, and she was just talking about it like it was old news. I love her...
