Came out to my mom

    Well, after building up the courage to tell my parents that I'm bisexual, tonight was the night. It was over Facebook because I just didn't have the courage to come out face to face. My mom was really supportive and told me she would love me no matter what, just don't go around the house in a dress or her underwear! :lol: she's going to tell my father for me, as he's really homophobic. The only people left are my aunt, uncle and one cousin then I'm fully out! :slight_smile:

    Thanks :slight_smile:, I'm wondering what my dads reaction will be. He seems to be pretty homophobic and loves to make fun of gay people whenever the chance comes up.

    I'm in a similar situation. I came out to my mom a few days ago. My dad is an ex-marine and seems really homophobic. But, I know I need to tell him. I'm gonna give him a letter before I leave to go back to school and give him in my mom a week before I see them again.
