I told my best friend at the very end of 2014. He was the first person I had ever told, and I was scared shitless, because he had never really said anything about how he felt about LGBT+ topics. I remember texting him and throwing my phone because I was too nervous to hold my phone while he texted back. This is how the conversation went: (looking back on the messages right now!) Me: Hey Jamz, can I tell you something kind of personal/serious? J: Of course J: Spill Me: Welll... Me: I think I might like girls. J: Awww. Gay is 101% okay. M: You're okay right? J: Of course lol. We should go to pride. And the rest was just me asking if he was really okay with it. And a few months later in March, he came out to me as questioning, and he still is. I love him to death!
