I'm sick of my friends not knowing who I really am, so I casually told a bunch of classmates about my gender identity during lunch. Everybody seems to be taking it well; no one even asked any questions or gave me weird looks. I also came out to my English teacher by writing it on an assignment. She had us do a worksheet and short essay about ourselves (she didn't share them luckily), and there was a blank for gender. She actually gave us a quick speech about gender identity! I'm so glad I transferred before I started high school.
