When my friend came out as genderfluid, all of the teachers started calling them by their preferred, less-feminine name and (because our school has this system where you sign in and out of the school with a code you enter at the front door. When you do so, it says "IN/OUT: (Full name)") they changed the name displayed to their aforementioned name! I've also been able to explain non-binary genders and transgender to some classmates, all of which were pretty clueless but really wanted to learn more!
