So last night me and my friends were downtown and a friend of ours called us to join him at club Unity (gay club). My friends weren't up for it but i insisted and we ended up going. YAY finally! Except there were 10 times more guys than girls and anyways i couldn't do anything really since my friends were there. But at least I know what it's like. I wish i could go with a fellow gay friend but i don't know any
Hey that's really cool... they probably have specific women's nights... a lot of the big gay clubs do. Or there might be women's-only clubs in Montreal even. But yeah, that's totally a brave step. Glad you insisted to your friends!

ooh man, as soon as I turn 18 im jetting up to montreal for some clubbing action! i passed by a few when I was there last but obviously couldnt go in because of my age, and my out status at the time (was with my parents, who didnt know at that point). Now that I have a boyfriend we can go together
Congrats! That IS a big step! One of these days I'll maybe get out to one. If you want to go with an 'old guy' we could go together the next time I'm in Montreal on business.
