The first person I came out to was my twin.

    And his response was,

    "I know."

And then he went back to playing Grand Theft Auto.

    Ahh, I love my brother.

Does anyone else have a sibling they can depend on like that? Does anyone have a twin?

    It's awesome having one!

I'd love a brother or sister.
    LOVE.
    1) for company.
    2) other reasons. I have a thread up x)

I think that that's great that he responded like that. Was it a subtle I know or just a "i'm playing a game go away joking" i know? x)

I'm a twin and I am the most afraid of coming out to him. More so than my parents.

I don't have a twin, but my sister is amazing, I can always depend on her. She's very open about her sexuality, so she didn't care at all. We go looking for hot girls together. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Nah, he knew I was gay even before I did. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

I'm really sorry about that. Maybe he'll surprise you and react like my brother did?

    Wow, that's good.

But I dunno, I'd like a reaction other than "I know".

I think one of my brothers, sister-in-law, or aunt will find out before I tell them though. I have all of them added.

If they look at my Myspace, they will see my orientation in the details section.

Why do you think he'll react negatively to your coming out?

My sister's reaction was like that. "Well, yeah, of course."

That's awesome! He sounds really cool.

My sister's reaction was "Are you sure?" :eusa_doh: but she accepted me. Not the best response, but definately not the worst.

My twin found out. I didn't tell him.

He just said, "We need to talk. It's alright, but a bit weird cause you're my twin. Well, that was easy, huh?"

I wasn't ready for him to know, but whatever.

Though the years he has made some comments about gays. He seems to be a bit closed minded.

I wonder if my brother senses something? If he does, I wish he would ask me.

I think siblings pick up things faster than parents, just because (well, most of the time) they're closer in age to you.

I really hope your brother accepts you, EM, and who knows, maybe he's close minded because he thinks he's gay too.

Then you can go guy hunting together!

Nope he is far from gay. He is married (getting divorced, being finalized this month), living with his new girlfriend and has 3 great kids.
