Nobody's said anything yet, btw. I put it on myspace too, but then I realized that I absolutely hated the way myspace words things so I took it off. I dunno what I think about that, but I don't even really use myspace anyway...
I changed my fb a while ago... one person asked me in HB if I was gay... this is basically how the convo went: Annon: Are you gay? me: Yes, are you? annon: No, why would I be! me: Well, you asked me, so why can't I ask you? annon: So, are you actually gay? me: What did I say the first time? do you really expect the answer to change? annon: ... Not one single other person has said a thing and it's been months now... Quite a let down for me, oh well.
I changed my facebook interesting in a while ago and not a single person has said anything to me.... I know a couple people have seen it and told a mutual friend and they told me but that's about it. It is quite a let down....
It was kind of the same way with the first guy I dated. I got an fb message, and... Lane: Hey, can I ask you a question? Me: Sure. Lane: Promise you won't get offended. Me: ...OK... Lane: Are you gay? Me: Yes. Why would that offend me? Lane: I'm sorry about all the things I said back in sixth grade orchestra. Me: ...What? The rest of that conversation is inconsequential. Lane turned out to be one of the biggest pessimists I'd ever met, so our relationship died. But oh well, there are at least four other fish in the sea of my high school.
When I changed my Interested In to Men, I got a message from an old acquaintance asking to go out some time =D
I don't think anyone cared really when I did. No one said anything at all. I would have preferred at least someone to say something. No wait, one of my friends asked me on MSN and was all ok with it, so it's good.
