    Hey guys,

OMG! I actually did it. My hands are still shaking... Is this normal?

I was chatting to one of my fairly close (female) friends on MSN, and we got onto the topic of who we liked... I told her i liked someone, and then she wanted to know who. I kind of panicked, and i delayed for a bit. Here's the important part of the convo...

Her: Cmon... put it this way
Her: you're NORMAL for saying you like a girl

    Me: that's kinda the problem

Her: And if you don't tell me now, I'll get it out of you tomorrow, lol
    Her: What?

    Me: _____... I'm bi
Me: Please don't tell anyone

    Her: Really? That's ok
    Her: It's ok
    Her: I'm cool with it

She contined on to say that her ex-boyfriend was bi as well, and that she didn't mind in the slightest. She also promised not to tell anyone, and then helped to calm me down a bit. I'm so glad that i have such an incredible friend... I can't really type anything else, i'm stressing out a bit too much for typing...

Anyways - This is my first time telling sum1... and i think it went pretty well. I'm just glad that she's still my friend, and that this hasn't changed things too much.

    Kaleb.

Wow, fantastic! Telling someone for the first time is incredibly stressful, but it sounds like you've got someone great on your side

Yeah, the shaky hands thing is normal. You might even experience some dizziness, or even (happened to a friend of mine: He came out, and then went to the bathroom to throw up, but after that, he was fine.) Nausea.
