I was too scared to come out to my best friend in person, so I came out to her via SnapChat. I took a picture of my face with the dog filter and wrote "I like both girls and boys". I was so scared of sending it to her. I practically stared at the snap for 10 solid minutes, regretting it.
I eventually sent it and she opened it seconds after. My heart was racing. I was scared of what her reply was going to be. When I got her reply snap I was so happy. She snapped me back saying that she still loves me for who I am and she was thankful for me coming out to her. She sent another snap saying that no matter what we will always be sisters from different misters.
I could never forget that day.
