I have just came out to my dad! He just burst into my room crying saying that he's all right and so long as I am happy thats what matters! All we done was cuddle for something like 5 minutes! Dunno what to do now!

Its a bit of an anti-climax at times after you've come out, isn't it? You go through all that effort trying to tell your parents about it, and then it's all been over-dramatized in your head, and it's fine and all.
*hug* Great to hear. Let them know you're here if they have further questions.... and basically go on with life yourself. It's such a relief to be yourself (especially with close family and friends) so you don't have to constantly cover your lies and tracks.

haha well done, there's nothing wrong with a letter. i told most of my friends by getting other people to tell them lol, i reckon that's more pussy.
I told my parents through a letter too, so we're the same in that aspect. I'm too damn nervous to face up to it and just come out to them one day, instead I just left them a letter of my thoughts and feelings on the situation.
