It really has been just wonderful. Ever since I came out after christmas to my friends I have had nothing but positive results. Everyone has been very accepting. One friend even asked tonight if I was offended by anything he said. I said no & that I was fine with gay jokes. Then some other people were around & they didn't know what we were talking about. I just said "I'm gay" to a room full of people.
Congrats!!! I too have had nothing but positive reactions in coming out. I'm almost eyeing the stats now though, sorta freaking out when it's actually going to happen
Wow, that's really cool! It's a good feeling. I have only had one negative response, myself. It's great. I find now that I am more than happy for any new people I meet to know I am gay.
Seriously, NICE I'm a little bit like you, I guess. I had NO negative reactions after telling someone. I told my parents... and I was completely afraid. My dad kind of freaked out and "inssulted' me, because he was shocked, but everything finally worked out. And after my parents knew, I didn't had to justify my sexuality to people. They just accepted, whoever. Good luck!
