Hello all I've been battling with my sexual identity for the past year, but today I finally did it! My toes are now poking out of the closet - I've told two of my closest friends, (who are a gay and a lesbian ) and although it was over msn, it was great to have their support. I was shaking like a bloody leaf, but it was such a relief and to know they're behind me is even better. Thank you so much to everyone here who helped me earlier this year, and long may the uncloseting continue. Big love, Joe x
congrats on taking your first step. Don't worry about how you did it, the important thing is you did. You should be proud of yourself. :eusa_clap:eusa_clap:eusa_clap and ofcourse the happy dance: (!) (!!) (!)
Congratulations (*hug*). The first steps are the most difficult. I'm happy for you your friends are supportive Take care, Cécile
Congrats! I had to chuckle at "shaking like a bloody leaf", because that was me too. That first step is difficult to make, but every step after it is towards an honest life with lots of joy.
Congratulations! The first person I ever told was over MSN too. I was shaking so much just before pressing the Enter key also.
