Well ive not been on for a while,i came out like 4 days ago. It was too my Social & Heath teacher she just started talking about it. So i stayed after class and told her. She gave me a okay reaction and told me not to worry. I think it was good that i done it. She looked really worried about me and kept asking when are you going to tell family & friends,i could help you. I know she was only trying to help I'm just not 100% ready.

I'm scared she will tell my Mum & Dad and anyone else.
I have been thinking about it so much...and not eating or sleeping.

I dont see why she would. Its not any of her business to interfere with you and your family in that way.

You're out to yourself and that is the hardest part for most people. Don't feel like you have to rush into anything. You'll know when your ready.

You could talk to her and tell her not to tell anyone and that you're going to do it when you feel ready.
