So I just ordered a wrist band that I am going to wear on the first day of school. It says "Don't B H8N On The Homos". I'm not so nervous about wearing it to school as I am about it being shipped to my home... lets hope I get the mail that day.
Well not necessarily. My two best friends are lesbians, so I can just write it off as me being supportive of them... hopefully...
If your two best friends are lesbians, your parents probably don't have many illusions about your heterosexuality. Heh. But that sounds like an awesome wristband, I sort of want one for National Coming Out Day.
My parents are in denial lol. I at one point had a picture of two guys kissing as my desktop, and mom still didnt get the picture.
Oh man, I can totally relate. I ordered a rainbow bracelet in the mail and every day I like ran to the mailbox. LOL Good luck!
Maybe your parents know and just don't see it as a big deal? Anyway, I wear this (Amazon.com: Stretch Bracelet - Chakra with Swarovski Crystal Beads: Jewelry); it's technically not a pride bracelet, but it does have rainbow crystals and broke the ice when I came out to one of my friends. But yours sounds equally if not more awesome!
Lol oh no, they care. My mom tells me on a regular basis that me being gay would the worst possible thing (I tried to come out when I was a Freshman in high school and it didnt go so well).
