    Because coming out of it feels damn awesome.

    This has been a fantastic week for me. On Monday, I came out to my second person, and the first one from my university. She is a straight girl, and she took it amazingly well. Since then, she has been giving me all her support.

    Yesterday, I told the person who is probably my best friend, and also gay. He was a bit surprised at first, but then he got very excited about it. We talked for hours. He has been calling me "lil' brother" (he is in his 30s).

    Anyway, I'm not entirely out yet, but, for the first time, I'm feeling happy, truly free and unencumbered. I'll post again after I've made more progress (like telling my parents), but I'd already like to thank you folks at EC, who have helped me so much.
