Coming out on Saturday 1st October!

Okay I think I should do it like this
I will write my planning and such here, update this thread as i go along, and then tell everyone how it turned out just after i came out, update it to what changed after a few days and so on, that work for everyone? could be a cool resource guide

Okay i decided to come out on Saturday a few weeks ago,
I researched coming out guides and stuff, made a metal list of things to say and how to say them, then i made a whole email for my dad from various websites for christian parents of gay kids, edited it and so on, i also made this whole epic fail proof plan of coming out on the way to my older sisters Res.

already things have gone wrong, my sister decided that she doesn't want to get picked up then anymore, and she knew my plan, so I am now stuck trying to see if i can make another plan with her or if i must organize some other plan with a friend or something.

-stage sighs- Oh well, my spirit is up, even with the preparations I've made to condition myself in case of a very negative reaction.

so that's it so far, I'll tell Ya's when I've got a new improved plan :3

Okay, now my sister even brought her friend home this weekend, but that.s not important, I decided I'm gonna come out the old school way, sit the whole family down and tell em like that :3
I really hope it works, if not, whatever, least i won't have to hide anymore right?
anyways, I'll tell you how it turns out tomorrow :3

Just came out to my parents, somehow it happened individually, weird...
Anyways, they took it really well, its gonna take getting used to but I don't mind,
Its just been a great day overall, my first gay pride event, got awesome gay merchandise and got a good reaction from my parents :3
its cause it is pride day in south africa today, the gay universal powers made it all work out

 

I just told my gran, who lives with us,
well she didn't take it as well, but that's how she is, and shes already lightened up,
they know about my boyfriend, they already know him and like him, so i think Ill bring him home next week or the weekend after that, to get them used to it you know.

so whats changed since yesterday?
well my dad is already feeling better about it, said he loves me which is, well, new. and said i have the families full support.
my mom is already mostly comfortable with it, but her sister is lesbian anyway.
