Just wanted to share a coming out experience from today... I shared with a guy I'm becoming really good friends with named Michael that I'm bi (that's what I'm identifying as right now) today during our library period. I gave him a piece of paper, and wrote "Can you break the code?" and at the bottom "imbi". It took him about five minutes and ten different guesses before he finally looked up with big eyes and said "You're bi". I shook my head and said I thought it would've taken him a lot longer. He said he was perfectly fine with it, and said nothing more. We moved on to a different conversation like I'd told him absolutely nothing out of the ordinary. It was nice. That's not normally my approach when it comes to telling friends important stuff, but I wasn't quite sure how he would take it, and I thought that was kind of clever. I'm not getting my hopes up, but I gather from the fact that he never talks about girls and when we do he doesn't say much + other little things that he might be curious. I also invited him over to my house to play Halo 3, and he said that would be fun. I can't wait ^_^
Good luck Time. Although, Halo 3 is pretty boring.... So is that why you're playing it with him? so hes bored lol. Smarty
Well done you , I'm glad he was ok with it. I'll cross my fingers for you that he is at least curious :icon_bigg
Lol! The first time I read that I thought it was something like the imbd (International Movie Database), a website I go to for movie reviews. XD I'm terrible at seeing the obvious, haha.
Oh good, I wasn't the only one! Good idea for coming out, and I hope everything goes well! Congrats!
That's so good to hear that it went well for you. Hopefully every coming out can be as supportive for you. :icon_bigg
lol "imbi" now that gets me thinking what mine would be. It is a pretty good idea because if the person wouldn't accept u as bi or be in denial than they wouldn't see the answer to the code
