Just came out to my twin brother - Empty Closets - A safe online community for gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgendered people coming out

So just an hour ago. We were watching tv. I looked at him and asked if i could tell him something and he would need to keep it a secuurt for a little bit.

this is how it went
Me-C I have something that i want to tell you but you cant tell any one right now.
C- what is it?
Me- I'm gay
C- ok
Me- I'm not joking
C- still so?
Me- I'm really not messing with you
C- I know
Me- is there anything you want to ask me?
C- Not right now but maybe later

So wow that went a hell of a lot better than i thought. He said he thought were was something od about me the past mounths. Really man I'm wearing a pink shirt? So happy that is over now. Now to tell my sister some time soon. Hope it goes just as great.

That so awesome man. I am anxiety-ridden when I think about telling my brother, I can't even imagine how it would be telling a twin. But CONGRATS!!

Thanks so much guys. I got to say it was so awesome that he took it so well. I never thought that it would ever to that good but I'm super happy it did. I was so excited that I only got 3 hours of sleep before I had to go to work.

But I couldnt have done it with out all of you guys on EC. Thanks ya'll so much.

So I am a twin and he is gay, he actually knew I was gay before I said it. I posted a thread. Being a twin is awesome and much different any other relationship.I'm glad he does care. When my twin asked he said it was obvious. He also believes its a twin thing. I'm happy for you too. This just brings you too closer my brother and make.more jokes now too.
