| Well Known Regular Member ![]() Gender: Transgender ( FtM ) Orientation: Since I'm trans, I guess I'm straight :) Out Status: Out to everyone Location: Canada Posts: 138 Join Date: Oct 2011 | FIRST COMING OUT STORY! My girlfriend told her mother about me! And she did not lie or sugar coat it, she wasn't even nervous. She has always called me her boyfriend, and considers this a straight, heterosexual relationship, which I am happy about as well. Apparently she told her mother all about me already, just left some details out. Now, she straight up told her Mom that the friend she's been talking so much about, is actually trans, and that we are together. Her mom just smiled and congratulated her for being so open minded! I was so happy! I had told her before, that if she was uncomfortable talking about me to her family or friends, just refer to me as her boyfriend, I already look like a boy, so they won't know the difference by pictures. But she said no, she was going to tell her mother everything - even told her about our cosplay plans. Next year, we are hoping to visit Youmacon or some other anime convention, and I'm going to dress as Johan ( Jesse ) from YGO GX, and she is going to dress as Judai (Jaden). Yes, I'm probably the only guy out there that supports Spiritshipping, or any other crack pairings. I must the luckiest dude on the planet. Not a single person has been against me being who I am yet ( Well, there was that cashier that refused to serve me after I told her I was looking for a Christmas Present for my Girlfriend, and no one knows about the trans thing yet, I'm waiting to see the doctor in January before I announce it ). Even my Girlfriend's family is ok with it SECOND COMING OUT STORY! Remember how I said no one knows? Well that was a lie... I told my sister today! ...and she replied, "That makes sense." Me: Your not surprised? Her: Not really. I don't think I'm surprised because this has happened to me before. ( She has a friend who is Trans ) Me: Thank you for understanding. Her: Well, all this means is that instead of getting a nephew, I get a brother. And I'm ok with that. I also told her nothing is official till I see the specialist. Phew! What a busy couple of days!
