Hi everyone. I just came out to my friend at work and I feel amazing! I've read about stories of people having to write it down and everytime I read one, I think that it's silly. But then I paniced and had to write it down... I was trying to tell her and I kept sputtering and my tongue went numb. She was worried and she ended up saying, "What's wrong? Were you fired? AM I FIRED!?!" Tension diffused! She told me good for me for stepping up and that she'd hate to have to say what I did. Next step: telling my mom...
Congrats! It's always nice when you get some unexpected help from the person you're telling. When are you going to tell your mom?

Thanks everyone! @TheAMan... I want to tell her asap but I'm having trouble bringing up the subject without it sounding like I just want to talk about me. Hopefully the next couple of days.

Congrats on it going well! I'll be honest, the "AM I FIRED?!?" part made me laugh my ass off...I can totally see some of my friends being like that lol
