Okay, so a little background on the people so you don't all get confused, because using names is just easier.

Sam: A good friend of mine, she's awesome. She's known I'm gay for about four years now. I dated her once, and her mom thinks we should get back together. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Johanna: Another friend of mine. She used to be a lesbian, but last year she got a boyfriend so I guess she's bisexual. I haven't really asked her because it's not like I need to know.

Jamie: A guy I've known for a few years, we're not really friends, but we're friendly. Like, we say hi to each other in the halls and talk and stuff.

So, one night me, Sam, and Johanna all had to stay late after school for play practice. We were all in the library, and Sam and Johanna were on computers. I was standing behind them and Jamie was standing to my left.

Sam: Evan Johnson is a pervert.
Johanna: Yeah, he hits on like every girl in the school.
Sam: That's why Tanya doesn't like him.
Johanna: Yeah. But he loves everyone.
    Me: He doesn't love me.
Johanna: Yeah, well that's because you're gay. You don't count in his books.
    (long silence)
    Jamie: You're gay?
*Johanna and I burst out laughing and don't stop for about five minutes*
    Jamie: But seriously, you're gay?
    *awkward silence*
    Me: Eh. >.>

I don't really remember what happened after that, but I take it he's not homophobic because he doesn't act any different or anything. And it's not like me avoiding the question didn't make it obvious.

So yes. That's my latest coming out story. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes: Much better than one of my first experiences.

That was easy. Sounds like you had one of those buttons from Staples.

    Well, I've been really lucky so far. Except for my one friend who made me cry, but now that I'm over it, even that was kind of funny. >.<;
I just wish it was this easy for everyone. :frowning2: There's some pretty sad coming out stories. (Sorry, it took me almost a week to reply to this. >.<;
