So last night after watching "Imagine Me & You," I called my sister up and came out to her. She was totally cool about everything (and not entirely surprised), but the best part was when I mentioned some of the doubts I've gone through (read my other posts if you're interested in the details). Her response: "You're a grown woman. I figure you know what you want." So, yeah, I love my sister. (!)(!)(!)(!)
My sister had similar things to say when I finally convinced her I was gay CONGRATS!!!! Tis a very hard thing to do, and ya did it!!!! *hugs* So who's next on the chopping block? Parents? Friends? The Pope? Kofi Annan? Anybody who walks past your open car window?
Next step is my dad and stepmom, who I'm visiting this weekend (my mom is no longer with us). Next step after that is (cue dramatic music) coming out on Facebook. That might be where things get interesting.
