From my previous thread, I told you guys about the whole situation of how I came out to my friends R & S. Welllll, today, in the lunchroom/line this happened... *In the lunchroom* R: Will someone go with me to get a lunch? -laughs- I don't wanna go alone. Me: I will! L: I will too! A: Same! *We all get in line. S comes up too R and gives her a look* S: Have you? R: Nooo. I'm shy. S: You talked about this with me, it's okay. R: -turns to look at me now, smiling & blushing- You know that one thing you told us yesterday? Me: ... Yeah. R: Well.. I was wondering.. If you'd... -she mumbled the rest- Me: What? R: -whispers in my ear- If you would go out with me. We both were blushing and laughing. R: Ohmygawd I'm shaking. XD Me: Same here! Me: Well... Uhm... Your really, really cute but... I don't really know you at all. I basically just met you yesterday, because of Sydney. I dunno. -smiles wide- Maybe. Maybe. ;D R: -smiles- OHMYGOD. Soooo wonderful. She's so cute. But tomorrow's the last day of school, ya know? And I didn't know her at all, really. Besides her looks. Like, we could be complete opposites for all I know. But so far, she seems like a complete doll. ALSOOOO. <3 I've made a little promise to myself. Whenever anyone at school asks if I'm Gay, I'll answer truthfully. Thusly (not a word, but sounds like it fits...), I "came out" to a guy in my 7th hour. Here's how it went. J (My dudefriend): Hey, did R ask you out? Me: Yup. J: What'd you say? Did you say maybe? Me: Yup. J: Why? Are you Bi or something? Me: Nope. J: Lesbo? Me: Yup. J: -totally calm, nothing on his face changed- Oh, cool. I thought you were straight this whole time. Me: Yeahhh, I'm not. XD Uhm, did R tell you? Is that how you knew I said maybe? J: Yeah. Then he asked me if he was the only one in the room who knew, and I said yeah and blah blah blah... Pretty effing amazing day if you ask me. ;p
Congratulations! Is the R who asked you out the first R or the second R? Did you figure out how the second R found out? Also, since you sound like you feel like it would be kind of sudden to be in a relationship with her, maybe you could just go on a date instead. At 13, I don't know what you would do exactly, but you can have a date without agreeing to a relationship. That's what you usually do in the situation where you've just met someone and you like each other, but don't know each other very well yet. So, maybe just tell her that, since you just met her and all, you think it would be kind of fast to agree to be her girlfriend, but you can hang out together and ________, and it could be like a date and you could get to know each other better. (Invite her to do something specific that you think you would both like.)
Wow, you are one brave girl And I totally agree with Ianthe. You should ask her to hang out first before deciding on any kind of relationship. Maybe even double date with some friends in case you feel nervous. But that's awesome!! Congratulations!
The 1st R. The one I actually came out too. :3 ♥ Thanks for the idea! It's perfect. Hangout, see if it goes anywhere. Ty for the support guys. <3
Wow, that's totally awesome. That sounds like it took a lot of guts Oh, and congrats on being asked out...that's no minor feat
