Accidentally came out to my Grandma via text message.

    So, last night, at about 3 am, I was texting my friend. Somehow, the message 'Lmao even if I were straight, I'd be fucked." went to HER instead of said friend.

    I texted her now frantically, apologizing and saying it wasn't meant to go to her.

    She said "I know, that's why I didn't respond. Watch your language. Love you."

    everything went better than expecting

    Your grandma gets cool points because:
    a) seems to be pretty supportive :grin:
    b) can competently use a mobile telephone
    You, on the other hand, may need a bit of training haha
    But I'm glad that everything went better than expected!

    Hahaha, it's funny to the people hearing the story!
    She may not have put much thought into your words though and may still not know you aren't straight. My guess is she noticed the "fucked" part more.
    Nevertheless, luckily it didn't go so bad! :grin:

    Nah, I'm pretty sure I inadvertently told her when I was 9 and my mom accidentally told her a few weeks ago.

    Anyways, there's no one in my family that isn't tolerant of this stuff. Why I'm not out to them all yet, I have no idea.

    Well, it took me time to get ready to tell my family I liked guys, even though I knew they were going to be supportive. But it's good to know that it'll be alright when you are ready.
