Hey I just though I'd share my story. I've been wanting to tell my best friend for a while now that I am gay but I could never find the right time. After church last night, I just decided to do it. Before last night I wasn't out to anyone. Me and my friend went on a walk at my request. I told him I had something to say and that I was really nervous. I was shaking. I stopped walking and looked at him. I just couldn't say those two words - I'm gay. I asked him to have a guess. After a while he said "Does the first word begin with I?" and I said yes. Then he said "Does the second word end in y?" I nodded and he gave me a really big hug. I was so happy and Im so lucky to have him as my best friend!

Wow! He knew already, hey? That's an easy come out story. It's always easier when it's easier, if that makes sense. Now, I think this is a stupid question, but, "I'm gay." Doesn't the second word end in, "m?" Sorry I'm so picky, I'm just a little curious. Anyway, congratulations! So, you aren't out to your parents yet? If your friend already knew, then there's a chance your parents already knows also. If not, then that's just the next step. Good luck!
