My Super Bowl Coming Out Party

For any one that didn't see my other thread, my cousin Amanda came over today with her family to watch the super bowl. And about halfway through the game, we went into the office to surf YouTube. So were sitting there and she says, "So Brett, do you have a girlfriend?"
An I decide to tell her then and there. So I say, "No better!"
She looks at me weird and says, A fiancè?"
I shake my head.
"A wife?"
Still shaking my head.
" Is she even a she? Have you gone gay on me?"

I was a little shocked at this so the only thing that I can think to say is, "You don't go gay......." *looks away*

She stares at me and turns her head a little, " Well I think you do."
I was a little sad to hear her say this, so I just act like it's nothing. And a few seconds later I just sigh and say, " Well I guess that we just have a difference in opinion......."

We left it alone for the rest of the night utill she had to leave. She was going upstairs to get her stuff, and her brother was just going down stairs so I thought that I should bring It up again. She was sitting there putting on her shoes, and I was messing with a rubik's cube trying to look innocent, and I cassually asked, " Do you still love me?"
She just stared at me like I was crazy and said, "Why would I ever not?"
I mess with the rubik's cube trying to look nonchallant and whisper, "Cuz of earlier....."
She keeps that same look on her face only now she looks more concerned, "What are you talking about?"
*silence*
"What happened?"
*I look around to make sure that nobody's there*
She's a liitle angry now, "You'd better tell me Brett, cuz I'm not a good guesser!"
I whisper really softly so that nobody can hear, "Because I'm.........g.....g..ay......"

Then her jaw just drops for a second, and I can't look anymore. So I look away 4 a while, and when I look back up she's giving me this wry liitle smile. I have to admit that I was VERY shocked at this. Then she just gives me a hug and mumbles something a bout me being so precious and leaves.

On her way out the door she asked me to call her when I'm ready to talk, so I'm in a pretty great mood right about now!!!

Srry about how long that was......I just wanted to get every detail in there while it was still fresh in my mind. Thanx for reading.
