I accidentally came out to my half-sister on fb this past nation coming out day. We were talking about my general issues came up, then I blurted it. I really regret it to this day.:bang:
It's complicated.... ---------- Post added 9th Nov 2012 at 10:00 AM ---------- No, she's very open. She told me that she had a feeling. But, our dad would totally flip if he knew. I've told my mom, not my sister's mom, and she didn't freak out, but told me to try not to act on my feelings. ---------- Post added 9th Nov 2012 at 10:08 AM ---------- I'm new to this site... subscribe.
Hi there! Try to trust your sister. I'm sure she will not blurb it out or start talking about it, knowing that your dad might not be all too supportive and/or accepting. Your sister knowing, and given that she is very open, gives you some support and reassurance. From what you have mentioned it sounds like your mom needs some time to come around. Have you talked with her about yourself, since coming out? (*hug*)
