Yesterday I told my housemate that I was questioning my identity! Housemate (HM): Why don't you want to be with your boyfriend anymore? Me: It's complicated HM: Tell me Me: I'm just going through a few things atm, I'll tell you soon HM: OMG ARE YOU PREGNANT? Me: No. And I'm not a lesbian, before you ask. HM: What could it possibly be? You're not transgender are you? Lol Me: Um something like that Hm: Oh... okay then She asked me lots of questions and although she is the most unpolitically correct person that walked this planet she was very understanding Me and my best friend: Me: I'm having a few issues with my gender identity atm, and that's why I want to cut my hair off. Friend: Do you have a penis? Me: No, but that has nothing to do with gender. Friend: Shall I buy you a penis? Me: If you must. Overall, a very good couple days! (!) I also messaged one of my oldest friends to tell her but she is yet to reply which I'm a bit worried about, but hey ho, it's all good.

Congrats on coming out to them. I know how difficult coming out as Trans is it does get easier though.
