I started hanging out with a small group of people at school, and they are mostly gay and bi. I first told a girl in the group I was bi because she was talking about how she has a boyfriend and that she also dated girls. After that I was told to one of the guys on myspace I was bi. Him-I thought you were straight. me-yeah, straight as a rainbow. Him-that is so kickass. I'm glad I told him cause the next day he was saying "OMG I thought he was staight." So he got it around to eveyone. Now they kind of warmed up to me. I feel so accepted now.
I know that there are at least a few gay kids at my school. I just don't know which ones! My school is presented as a very "open" school, but in reality, I would NEVER feel comfortable coming out there. There is only one openly gay kid in my school. He's 4 grades lower than me, so I would feel weird talking to him. Rumors may get started that I'm gay.....which I am, but I don't want the whole school to know. I JUST WANT SOME GAY FRIENDS!!! but I don't know where to find any!
