Yesterday, I joined this gay group on bebo so I can meet people from my area. But then I found out that when I join a group, all friends get informed. lol Didnt expect this to happen. Anyway, I have about 20 people on my profile so I guess most of them would know now. One sent me a message asking me about it and he seemed ok about it :icon_bigg I came out to my parents by accident as well. was looking at few sites, the bill came, then they found out. lol
did everything go okay with your parents? well, that does seem unfortunate, but at least he seemed ok about it!
My parents found out when I was 12. so about 7 years ago now. They are ok about it (I think It took about a year for my mum to get over about it. Whenever we had a fight, she used to bring up the word gay. lol Now, Im really close to my parents so its all good.
well. i guess that solves any problems you might have had with being nervous up to the fact.... you seem to be taking the shock rather well, in any case. And, in a sense, the hard part's over! I Hope the rest of your friends are as cool!
well you could take advantage of it and come out to any close friends who would have seen that you joined the group. But yesterday was April Fool's Day... if theres anyone you don't care to have know you could say it was a joke or something
well, since last year I started to try and change the way I think about things. so yeah, im not worried about it at all. just think its funny lol umm and Its 3rd of April here now, so I cant really say that lol
haha my bad. But good for you for not worrying. It may not have been ideal for coming out but it's out there now and if it's something you have wanted to do then embrace it :icon_wink
