This is my... not so successful coming out story: It was about 11:00 at night and I was lying on the couch about half awake. My parents were in the same room, and I decided I couldn't take it any longer, they needed to know who I was.
Now, unfortunately that opportune moment was when I couldn't think straight, so when they wanted to talk about it, I suddenly reliazed it: I needed more words. I tried and tried but no words came. I just walked around the table until they started asking questions about how I felt, to which I answered
"Well it's kind of like, but kind of... well... um..." My skill at not being able to explain things really helped me say that.
My parents still don't actually believe I am a transgender, and I am still trying to come up with ways to describe it and get it out there.
