What this idiot is calling for is mob rule. This is something that has ALWAYS gone against the intention of the way our nations institutions were established. It was always intended that minority rights should be protected against the tyranny of the majority.

This has not always happened in the way the Founders envisioned (example: protection for African-Americans against the tyranny of a white majority), but the same fundamental sentiment has always held.

Whenever our country has failed to do this some of the worst atrocities it has committed against its own citizens has taken place.
