Normally I wouldn't post something like this, but I knew Seth well. I can't wrap my head around his senseless death. It's just completely beyond words, I was useless today.

Careful out there on your bikes, folks.

I am sorry for your loss (*hug*) .

As an aside, bikes only seem popular in Austin, TX. Everywhere else, it's move over I got a truck here. Texas isn't a bike friendly state and I reckon most of the South isn't either

awww not again. some places in australia are great - they have completely separate paths for roadbikes, not just a lane on a road. some of them have bumps separating the lane..

My city has neither, and the line is tiny/often blocked by parked cars.

My dad nearly died from getting runover by a truck when he was cycling to work.

I'm sorry for your loss :frowning2: So many drivers I've seen just don't respect others on the road.

That's terrible. I know what it is like to loose a close friend to a biking accident. I just hope my family doesn't ever have to deal with that. (I try commuting to work 2-3x/wk, 15 miles each way)
