Well... maybe the Queen Randomly decides to not sign it.

Hmm. I find this position interesting. They believe in an omnipotent deity, yes? In which case, either god does not exist, or god actually has no problem with marriage. Or has simply lost interest.

Or they are incapable of thinking logically and don't realise what saying "god can't change this" actually means for them.

Maybe God isn't all worked up over gay marriage like they are.

Doubt it. Only one recorded time of a bill not being signed by the King/Queen, and that was like 300 years ago.

Chances are it'll go through, and then Christian Concern will cry and whine and probably move away.

Looking at them, their dream government one led by Robert Mugabe woth his stance on things gay related. They'd have a field day there.

The Queen doesn't have the right to refuse to sign a parliamentary bill, it would be a breach of the constitution. Only time it can happen if it is determined the parliament acted recklessly, or in a time of war.

Also that "Christian Concern" am I the only one who noticed that not one of them is below 50? They seem to a mix of old CofE people, and a few African Episcopalians in the mix

In addition to what's been said above about legal stuff meaning she has to, she likes gay people and supports equal rights. Not bad as monarchs go. She'll sign.
