    I applaud Philadelphia for this. With the governor believing the gay marriage ban to be unconstitutional, is the state's attorney going to bother going after the county for violating state law?

    I want to see what happens when a county in a state without gay marriage claims 14th Amendment obligates them to perform gay marriages and starts doing so.
