    Jealous! My local pride events are supposed to be pretty good (haven't been to one yet because I'm not out enough) but I would love to visit Montreal Pride one day. Maybe when I have some money.

    Well Québec is the French province of Canada, and Montreal city is no exception (albeit with more diversity). English is the second language for most of the population here, myself included. :wink:

    Thanks Zam for posting this!

    I marched in the parade, which meant, ironically, that I never got to see the whole thing! It was such a gorgeous day, and the noises and music were really something. The best part was the roar from the crowd that erupted right after the minute of silence that was held in honour of our Russian friends.
