LGBT News Mexican Bishop Denounces Homophobia

A high-ranking Catholic clergyman with a mind? How absolutely shocking. But I wonder if he's in favour of women in the priesthood.

 

One thing at a time, one thing at a time jeje. Always expect less of people, not more, otherwise you could get many dissapointments. But who knows, maybe he supports it.

 

We should expect nothing, but demand the world, from those who have the power to give.

 

Now this is someone from within the Catholic Church who should be getting more attention from the gay media. Not that other guy who you see everywhere, who says the same all homophobic stuff, but with nicer words.

Also, homophobia seen as an actual phobia (i.e. the fear of gay people), would technically be a mental illness (granted, no such phobia likely exists).

 

An improvement...but I wish that there would be more of a backing of marriage itself! And definitely women in the clergy.
