    Im suspecting all this is planned, like, they have this plan of throwing new rules in sort of a chain, maybe creating a full year of anti gay laws...what are they trying to prove? That they are badasses for bullying legally the LGTB group? Or maybe distracting russians from the corruption of the goverment.

    A few people
    They're planning on introducing a law which would allow gays to be beaten in public, so don't be too impressed by this.
