    The UK has stopped the ban (except Northern Ireland which is still in the 1950s) but you can't have gay sex in a year leading up to it, which means I can't.

    Ireland is as bad as the US.

    I don't get it, they are saying we all have HIV!Its disgusting how is this tolerated. They claim to need donors but have this policy. If the ban was stopped then I would go and donate blood tomorrow (seriously)

    Here in Canada we still have the ban. I mean they've lifted the lifetime ban finally but gay men still have to be celibate for five years for them to donate....no comment.
