    What's he supposed to do? Eliminate homophobia, shut his business down, or tell his clients, upon exiting his premises to burp and scratch their balls so they don't appear too gay?

    Yeah, he could put that in his "action plan"! (there'll be action alright)

    The idiot who sent that letter had this to say upon hearing of the backlash:

    "Cleveland's Director of Public Safety Marty Flask said in a letter on the city's website: 'If I had to do it over again, I would have handled this particular situation differently."

    Gee, ya think?
