This is a bit late, but I think it's important news.

I swear, some people are calling the poor guy a wimp because he was crying and he stayed there, but do we tell women when they get abused that? Double standards sicken me.

 

Wow. This is totally wrong and unfair for the guy.

I said it before and I'll say it again:

People these days...

 

1) pretty sure Chinese people are crazy, being one myself
2) there might be some gaps in the story
3) people who can't communicate and refuse to listen sicks me
4) people who accuse cheating without communicating also have issues
5) there have also been articles that asian men (i am not sure if it is specifically hong kong men) are really bad at standing up for themselves and stuffs
6) and since HK have some US influence, maybe some misguided feminism got in there yo. I mean like, does the US realize it's influence worldwide sometimes?

 

If he had defended himself, he'd be demonized as a women beater and, if in the US instead of China (no idea how it is in China), probably tried and convicted while the woman got off.

 

Ahem, and someone earlier was saying how all heterosexual relationships were perfect...

I was watching an episode of WWYD on YouTube and it is pretty much assumed that he was doing something wrong. It shouldn't matter, you put your hands on someone you are opening yourself up to the consequences, man or woman. He needs to go Cleveland bus driver on her a**.

REALLY? Beating people up isn't cool (unless it's a fighting game). The worst part is that a lot of people just laugh at guys who suffer from domestic abuse.
But when the guy hits back, they turn on him.
What a cruel double standard.

 

The story is :

He cheated on her, and wants her back. That's why shes pissed.

 

This story has so many angles I really don't know whose side to take. Besides, no one should be hitting anyone. Physical combat is for people who don't know how to use their words. End of story.

 

Both of my boyfriends, who were Asian, were like this, drove me bonkers.

That guy would be better off without her, she's clearly insane
