Can we please start letting police and the justice system arrest and try people for DV off of third party reports now?

 

But it's kinda hard to arrest the (alleged) shooter, when they're dead. I mean, I suppose they could, but what's the use?

 

I'm thinking more about arresting an abuser before things get to the point where shots end up being fired.

 

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I see what you mean. Reading more about this case, trouble was written all over the place, given the attacker's history. Sad they couldn't have done anything sooner, here.
